UK delivery: Standard orders are normally arranged for dispatch the day after tomorrow. Next-day delivery may be available on eligible orders placed before 5:00 PM UK time when specifically requested and confirmed. Applicable delivery charges are shown at checkout or confirmed when delivery is arranged.
Returns: Eligible standard, non-customised products have an additional voluntary return period of up to 7 days from delivery. Custom, bespoke and personalised products have different change-of-mind rules. Your statutory rights are unaffected.

Can I Place a Custom Order?
Yes. Custom-made, bespoke or specially prepared products may normally take approximately 2–4 days to prepare, depending on the product and work required. If additional preparation time is needed, we will provide an updated estimated timeframe.
What Are the Shipping Charges?
Applicable delivery charges are shown during checkout, when the order is placed, or when delivery is confirmed. Additional charges may apply for remote locations, oversized furniture, difficult access, stairs, special handling, repeated delivery attempts or unusual delivery requirements.
